About Me

I'm Y. Chathura Umayanga Sriyarathna — a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Tech Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building enterprise-grade systems and innovative digital products.

My journey in software development began in 2013, and since then, I've had the privilege of working with some of Sri Lanka's largest corporations, building everything from internal ERP systems to customer-facing platforms serving thousands of users.

Beyond writing code, I'm deeply passionate about sustainable computing and creating technology that positively impacts society. I believe in wearing multiple hats — from backend architecture to UI/UX design, from team leadership to business strategy.

I envision a future where technology seamlessly integrates into everyday life, making it more efficient, sustainable, and accessible to everyone. This vision drives my current venture — OREL Innovation — Sri Lanka's first integrated smart infrastructure ecosystem.

My work is guided by three core principles: build with purpose, lead with empathy, and always keep learning. I care deeply about the people who create technology, the people who use it, and its impact on our society.

Currently, I'm focused on two major ventures that represent my passion for fintech and smart infrastructure:

SL Option Trading Platform — A modern binary options trading platform designed specifically for the Sri Lankan market, featuring real-time TradingView charts, secure payment integration, and a dual wallet system for both demo and real trading.

OREL Innovation — An integrated ecosystem combining three complementary services: OREL Tap (digital payments), OREL Vending (IoT smart vending machines), and OREL Charge (EV charging stations). The "1+1+1=5" synergy effect creates exponential value through network effects and shared infrastructure.
